What can you get from drinking dirty water fish? | Pets All Day

I have a two year old little boy and he drank water fish tank (he cupped his hand and drank it like that). The filter works really well, and the tank looks clean, but he?s been saying his belly hurts. The doctor says it?s nothing, but he is not getting better. Maybe I?m a bit paranoid, but I?m worried. Can you get anything from drinking the water?
